Disappointing! One of the batteries was dead on arrival. I’ve found that the batteries don’t last very long and the cartridges last for a very short time. It took a while to get a replacement for the dead battery and I’m not real sure that it is ‘normal’. It doesn’t seem to last as long as the other battery. But at least I can keep them going.
In the mean time I’ve learned that the ’smoke’ is created from glycerin or propylene glycol. I’ve managed to find both products and have started refilling the cartridges. This makes a no nicotine vapor and surprisingly, I find it quite satisfying. I’m attempting to not smoke real cigarettes in the house. So far I haven’t used the e-cigarette outside, because it is somewhat temperamental and the cartridges don’t last long enough to be very good when away from the supply. (Changing cartridges on the tractor might be a hassle.)
I’m encouraged enough to have ordered more of the e-cigarettes, but from a different supplier. Haven’t received them yet, but look forward to more testing.
